Why don't I get any e-mails?

There are several possible reasons.

In most cases, the problem is not the sending but the reception of the e-mail, i.e. if there is a problem with your e-mail address, your e-mail inbox or your e-mail provider.

First assure that your e-mail address is correct and still up-to-date. Some e-mail providers delete e-mail addresses if your e-mail account or the belonging web interface is not used for some time.

If your e-mail address is correct, then please check your mailbox. Often e-mails are falsely rated as spam and then stored in a special spam folder. Please check this folder. This incorrect rating can often be prevented by marking the sender of an e-mail as trusted contact.

Note: A few e-mail providers require a confirmation from new senders, before an e-mail is saved in the recipient's inbox. To do so, we get an answer to our e-mail that has to be confirmed by completing complicated tasks. As this would result in a lot of work for each e-mail address, we do not perform such confirmations. Please use another e-mail address in this case.

If the spam/contact filter was not the problem, then the problem may be that your e-mail provider rejects our emails for other reasons, without notify you. For example this can happen if our mail server is blocked or if your e-mail provider requires specific properties for accepting e-mails. In general, we are informed about such problems, but experience shows that it can take several months to solve them.
